Rental Requirements

What You Need

A valid original ID card or passport

A valid motorbike licence — an international driving permit for foreign riders, or a SIM C for Indonesian riders

A deposit or guarantee (cash or ID document)

Minimum age of 18 years old

Plan to be back before dark — the coast road is properly asphalted, but there is no street lighting near Bara

Last-minute cancellations (less than 3 hours) may incur a fee.

Is fuel included in the rental price?

No. The bike is provided with just enough fuel to reach the nearest gas station, and the renter refuels it during the rental period.

Can the bike be delivered to my hotel?

Yes. We offer free delivery and pickup around the Bira area, including directly to Bara Cabana Hotel.

What if the bike has a technical issue?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will help with repairs or a replacement bike as quickly as possible at no extra charge (as long as it is not due to renter negligence).

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a deposit in the form of cash or an ID document (ID card/passport) as a guarantee, which is fully returned once the bike is returned in good condition.
